    My practice focuses primarily on personal injury law.  This is a broad category of law that includes, but is not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slips and falls, product liability, wrongful death, victims of crime, uninsured motorist coverage and underinsured motorist coverage.  I have experience in other areas of law including real estate, contract law, and probate.  Personal injury cases are typically handled on a contingency basis.  Clients are only responsible for my attorney fees if the client recovers money.  Please note, however, that a client is responsible for all out of pocket expenses; for example, money paid to get copies of medical records, medical bills, experts, filing fees and other court costs, and copying expenses.  Other types of cases are usually billed on hourly fee basis.
